Please apply directly on the website and contact me for a showing of the apartment. This is an upcoming east side neighborhood 1/2 block from the Clyde Gallagher bike path and Starkweather creek, 1/2 a block from Washington Manor park and walkable to McCormick and Demetral dog parks. It's located close to the new bus rapid transit route, Willy St, and an array of downtown amenities. There is also a new diner, bakery, brewery, taverns and many other local establishments all within walking distance. The three unit building is mid-century built and well maintained. Laundry and lockable storage in the basement, private off street parking in a private lot in the back of the building. Well behaved pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets in a unit and a $50 fee per pet per month in addition to the set monthly rent. Pet interviews may be required upon request. We require a credit score of 680 or above to apply and to provide proof of monthly income at three times the amount of monthly rent. Maximum of four people per unit. Leases begin Aug. 15th, 2025.
