Apartment may be held for two weeks after the application is accepted. Signed lease and rent for the first month rent in the amount of $408.00 is needed to move in. The security deposit and/or rent payments will not be refunded to applicants that reserve an apartment and fail to sign lease and move in. CREDIT HISTORY* A credit check will be performed on all adult applications. All applications will be processed through a credit service. Satisfactory credit history will be needed for an applicant to qualify. RENTAL HISTORY* Applicant should have satisfactory rental history at any previous residence(s). JOB HISTORY* Applicant should have a satisfactory job history as provided by any previous employer(s) or other verifiable income. Total monthly income should be a minimum of three times monthly rent. * Applicants that do not have satisfactory credit, rental history, and/or job or income requirement may still qualify if they are willing to provide an acceptable local co-signer or they are willing to post additional security deposit. Unless new one (1) year lease is signed the original lease shall automatically renew on a month to month basis at $425.00 a month. Thirty (30) days advance written notice is required by either party for termination of month to month lease when lease terms are not in default. ARE PETS ALLOWED? No dogs are permitted by residents or on the property. Service animals and other pets are allowed when properly cared for and if not a nuisance to the community. WHAT UTILITIES DO I PAY? Tenants pay their own gas and electric utilities. ARE THERE LAUNDRY HOOK UPS IN THE UNIT? There are not washer and dryer hook ups in unit. There is a coin laundry on the property with 3 top loading commercial washers, 1 front loading commercial washer and 2 commercial dryers.
