Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. A security hold of $750 will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned on checkout day post-inspection for damages. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
