About 2851 County Rd 272 Tyler, TX 75707
One room is available. Only two roommates moved in, the other one cancelled her lease. 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment a little over 1,400 square ft. Private room and bathroom, includes a washer and dryer in the unit. All utilities payed for except for the electricity and renters insurance. It is a girls unit only. No pets are allowed in the unit. Parking is included in the rent each month and you can park anywhere. There is a swimming pool, club house, theater room in the office and it is a gated complex. The complex is full of students so on the weekends it can get a little noisy but I made sure to get a quiet building. The floors in the kitchen and the hallway are hardwood and the rest is tan carpet, both very easy to clean. Cabinets everywhere are dark wood (very beautiful). My roommates are very quiet and respectful of space and personal property. All of the appliances are in perfect and working condition. There is a $250 move-in fee which I will be covering! Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
