Newly renovated and spacious, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a fenced backyard with a deck, and a washer and dryer for a home-like stay. Located just outside midtown, you're minutes from restaurants and groceries and less than five miles from downtown. Feel at home with our professional and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad into the living room, with the dining room and full kitchen to your right. The living room is complete with a queen sofa bed and a large Smart TV. In the dining space and kitchen, you will find all essential kitchen items and a beautiful handmade farm table. Behind the living room is the first bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combination is on your left, and the washer and dryer are on your right. Straight ahead is the second bedroom with a queen bed. Down the hall to the left of the living room are the third and fourth bedrooms and the second full bathroom. Both of these bedrooms are very spacious. Bedroom three is furnished with a queen bed and a sitting area, and bedroom four has two queen beds and a Smart TV. The second full bath separates these two rooms and has a shower/tub combination. Out back, there is a large fenced yard, deck, patio furniture, and grill available for use. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This home is located in Dauphin Acres, just outside of Midtown, across the street from Denton Park. Conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr. and Government Blvd, you will have easy access to everything! Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
