Your pets are welcome and come with a $300 non-refundable security deposit. Master bedroom is 12 X 13 (with a walk-in closet), and the office/studio (or second bedroom) is 10'7" X 8'7". It has a small closet in it. Room dimensions: Master bedroom: 12 X 12 9 Living Area: 9 11 X 11 Kitchen Area: 9 11 X 14 Office/Study: 10 7 X 8 7 NOTE: During the most previous tenant's stay, they partnered up with me to make some upgrades for a nicer environment. I will be visiting the condo during the first part of January to make a few more upgrades. The unit will be available January 18. If you have an urgent need for a space January 1, you are welcome to rent it as is, and I will defer my upgrades. The upgrades will include switch to a king-size bed, addition of a dresser and a better desk in the office. Plus additional decor. The kitchen is fully outfitted.
