There is a lovely living room with attached and covered deck, an efficient kitchen with full sized appliances, a full sized bathroom with tub/shower, a reading nook with small bench seat along the window, and a loft suitable for a full sized bed or futon. The loft is a great spot to rest your head at night, however it does not have a closet, and the roof lines are little lower than a sleeping room. This cabin shares the lot with an adjacent home, so there is some yard space that both residences will use, which include a raised garden bed that can be shared. There is 1 designated, uncovered parking space in the driveway. The owner *may* consider a pet with references, but big dogs or dogs that need a fenced yard will not work at this property. No smoking inside or outside. 6 month lease to start. Tenant pays gas and electric. Water/sewer, garbage and WIFI are included in the rent.
