Convenient two-car garage access and several indoor storage closets and cabinets are available during your long-term stay. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: The outdoor dining patio includes a Traeger Smoker & Webber BBQ. ** NOTE: This home is currently set up to sleep 6, but the office can be converted into a 4th bedroom with advanced notice to accommodate 7 guests. No smoking. No parties. One dog limit with a refundable $500 pet deposit and a non-refundable $200 pet fee. A housekeeping fee of $350 is required (mid-stay housekeeping is required for reservations that exceed 30 days at an additional cost). Spa care and heating fee of $200 per month. The owner pays for utilities up to $400 Mo. A deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required.
