About This Property
While each unit in the Belvedere is unique, UNIT 310 takes the modern-industrial approach as the only unit with exposed brick and a poured concrete floor. Other touches like the upcycled powder-coated backsplash, stainless steel door panel, and industrial lighting help set the stage for downtown urban loft living. The apartment comes unfurnished other than a mahogany six-drawer dresser, as pictured. A portable air conditioner is also provided for your convenience. Situated on State Street between South Temple and 100 South, the apartment is expertly located with access to all of downtown's culture, dining and bars, entertainment, and shopping. With the city's best local grocery store Harmon's next door, cooking at home is as easy as grabbing a few groceries, or take advantage of their fabulous deli, buffets, and coffee/gelato shop. You will also be across the street (or through the tunnel via Social Hall Museum next door) from City Creek Center and its food court, including Taste of Red Iguana. Main Street, 200 South, and 300 South (Broadway) are all known for their local restaurants, dive and cocktail bars, creative boutiques, and art galleries. There's possibly no better location for public transit with a major UTA bus stop next door, across the street, and more around every corner in addition to the TRAX City Creek Light Rail stop a block away instantly transporting you to the SLC Airport, University of Utah, Frontrunner trains to Provo and Ogden, and more. The Belvedere was built in 1919 as a long-term hotel for visiting dignitaries, celebrities, and business people. It was also the first building in Salt Lake City to boast an elevator and be built with electricity throughout. As a privately owned building with a Home Owners Association, there are certain rules, policies, and general expectations of respect for the residents and their guests, the common areas in and around the building, and the apartment itself.
