The leasing office staff and maintenance team are friendly at 2900 West Dallas. The grounds are well-kept. Great location in Montrose. Beautiful hardwood floors and natural gas stove and oven. Spacious floor plans.

Great residence with good amenities overall (they’re supposed to upgrade the fitness center soon). The neighborhood is nice and safe, we plan to stay here for a while.

Community is dirty and unkempt. Elevators and hallways are gross. Litter remains on floors for weeks. Floormats at entrances to garage are filthy. Common area has NO AC for months now.

Great location. Good on security. In-apartment maintenance is very good. Complex is clearly designed more around security and the parking garage rather than actually living there or having guests. No real sense of community, and hard to get to know your neighbors. Not really any communal spaces where you might bump into other residents or where you would hang out, besides the multiple pools. On-site staff is very helpful and competent.

In general I wouldn’t recommend living here. General property maintenance is abysmal, gates and elevators are always broken, and staff is sassy.

The staff here is so great. Easily accessible and so attentive. They remember who you are and are genuine in getting to know you! Maintenance requests are completed quickly and updates given often. Everyone here is so nice. I love how soundproof my apartment is, it surprises me sometimes! Highly Recommend!

This is great apartment complex to live in. The location is great, the staff are very helpful and provide timely updates. You can tell they certainly care about the community's concerns. Additionally the complex itself has good amenities to offer including 4 pools, a gym, lounge area, conference room and mini library (which is very unique) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great staff, apartment has a good layout, good location (close to groceries, coffee shop, some restaurants), very nice units, good amenities with a very satisfactory gym, 4 pools including one lap pool. Be cognizant of hidden fees. While it is not an egregious amount, it gets frustrating to constantly be charged for every little thing.

Great location close to the park, restaurants, downtown, major freeways and right next to the Whole Foods. The apartment units have nice layout and the complex has 4 pools open year around which is great and making them never crowded and important living in Houston, two level gym, assigned parking, two level coffee lounge and club room. Good leasing management team, responsive and caring along with their maintenance team.

We enjoy the layout of our apartment, the pools, the location and the staff is great however since Greystar has taken over, the quality of overall upkeep and cleanliness had gone down drastically. Not to mention the air conditioning units in the hallways have not been working for several months, and for the amount of rent residents pay, this is really unacceptable. There’s too much that needs to be maintained for the very small maintenance people available.

I moved here in 2021 and I loved it. It is decently close to my job, the park is wonderful for my dog, and the staff plus neighbors I have are great. Over my time here, I have seen a decline in management handling important situations, such as the lack of air on my floor. The elevator closest to my apartment was also broken for an allotted amount time of a few months over the last year. That caused havoc for my dog on every trip outside which was a lot of extra walking. The building management needs to spend some money to make updates and fix things. I have personally spoken to people who have moved because of these things that have not been fixed. I like living here a lot but updates are needed and air needs to work on our floor. I pay too much to live here and I deserve to be comfortable.

So far the leasing staff have been very helpful, particularly Josh and Andrew. There have been some minor issues with the apartment itself, but these issues were documented and seem to be handled. The complex itself is very nice and has great amenities.

Been living here for about a week and so far been great. A few things broken in the apartment but the work order system is easy to use and they keep you updated very well.

This is an amazing apartment complex. I spent months trying to find the perfect place to call home and this one hit all the boxes. Reasonable prices, great floor plans, right across the street from Buffalo Bayou, within walking distance to coffee shops/restaurants/shopping, great amenities, and an amazing staff! I really enjoy the staff at 2900 west Dallas. The community is located in a very walkable area backed up to the Buffalo Bayou. We are enjoying living in this new location from having lived in the suburbs for 30 years.

I have lived at 2900 West Dallas since it was built. I love the location, the amenities, and the staff. The 4 pools and the landscaping are beautiful and well maintained. The proximity to the bayou and Downtown make this property a comfortable and convenient location for my dogs and me.

I'm feel fortunate to live at 2900 W. Dallas St. The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful, maintenance team is professional and capable. I feel safe here and enjoy being able to walk to Whole Foods, restaurants, CVS, etc. The area around the building is very green and the bayou is beautiful. All very welcoming for dog walking!

This community has been a fantastic place to live! I have no complaints whatsoever. The maintenance people are so friendly and respond quickly to any issues in the apartment. The common spaces are in prestige conditions. The office staff are amazing at communication and always so friendly! I recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home.
