This room for rent is in a large 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment with new paint and new flooring. Each bedroom has its own entrance and private bathroom. All other common areas in the apartment are shared - large living room, spacious kitchen, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by single-family homes near the Garland District. Less than 15 minutes to Whitworth University and less than 10 minutes to Gonzaga. Only 1 other woman lives there. We are looking for a female tenant to rent 1 bedroom. Each tenant pays for electricity usage (variable) + $55/mo for water, sewer, and garbage. No pets. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. Is your credit score at least 620? (You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma or Annual Credit Report.) Is your gross monthly income at least 3 times the rent? (For example: if rent is $1,000, your income has to be at least $3,000/mo.) We may consider a tenant who doesn’t meet the credit score or income minimums if they have a co-signer.
