About This Property

Single-family home, two-car garage, amazing view, walkable to the Table Mesa King Soopers shopping center, and walkable to trails The location is one the best in Boulder. From the main floor, enjoy an incredible view across the city and the foothills. Out the front door, it is about a 5-minute walk to the Table Mesa King Soopers shopping center, a 7-10 minute walk to your choice of two bus stops with buses running to downtown Boulder, downtown Denver, and the airport. To the west, two Open Space trailheads are about a 15 minute walk or a very short bike or drive away. And the Bear Creek bike path is just a minute or two down the street. The upstairs has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining/living area with a gorgeous view across the City of Boulder and its northern and western foothills. The downstairs has a living space that walks out to the backyard, an office, a washer and drier, a large unfinished space with shelving and lots of storage, and a two-car garage which has additional storage next to each vehicle. The backyard has a small grassy area that is level. The rest of the backyard is a large, sloped, naturally vegetated area which is often frequented by deer, rabbit, and birds. As a reminder, the house is unfurnished. The rental price is $3,600 per month. There is a $300 per month flat rate for utilities including electric and gas provided by Xcel, water provided by the City of Boulder, and trash provided by Western Disposal. The tenant pays for internet/cable, which can be set up through Comcast or Centurylink. For transparency, we are flexible on the 9-12 month lease term as we plan to begin remodeling the house in early-to-mid 2024, though we do not yet have a set date. Also, we found out that there will be construction on the house immediately to the east. We know that there are plans to rebuild this house, though we do not know exactly when the construction will begin. There could be noise during the daytime hours due to this construction.
