edit : Really wish I could rate 0 stars. Lived here for 2 years and they were the worst 2 years of my life. Most apartments are not actually renovated, and they don't clean between tenants. The office staff is not helpful, and the lot is sketchy. They get 3rd party people to do a lot of their stuff, and I had them come into to my apartment without my knowledge, and leave MY DOOR OPEN. They didn't even apologize when this happened. People throw parties all week and if you live with people above you, you will never be able to sleep, because they stay up all night to party and sleep all day like bums. I seriously CANNOT TELL YOU ENOUGH STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
It’s a nice apartment complex but staff and management could be more understanding. Overall, good temporary fit, especially for college students.

Amazing place, quiet and safe area. Never had an issue while living here. Close to shopping mall and recreation places, nice and clean apartments and I love they do events and give food to residents!

I don't really like it here. Moved in and the place was dirty. There is constant issues with our ice machine. Maintaince and management both don't really care about the place. It's a shame. The places would be so much better if they actually cared. Rent is nice and individual leases are great.

Is fine for the most part, but the tenets living above me are loud at all hours of the day and night. Falling asleep is difficult when a dog is constantly running back and forth. Other than that the utilities are fine and I would stay here again.

Way too overpriced and kind of poor management. Plus We moved into a super filthy apartment as well, so get ready to clean. Plus they really should recycle.
It turns out better than I thought. I love the big walk in closet and also I’m a bathtub person so I’m in love with it. The rental is affordable and it has good facilities like pool, study lounge and free printing! Would definitely recommend it.
Great community, the location of the apartments is so close to campus and lots of attractions to where you don’t have to drive to get somewhere literally.
it’s only 5 minutes away from campus, it can be affordable but the overcharges increase every month and if you do not complain about it, it will get worse. there’s parties almost every weekend which can suck if you have work in the morning. overall i recommend it if you don’t mind the overcharges, loud noises and have decent roommates
Upstairs neighbors can be noisy, which sucks during finals.
It has been okay had some issues, but overall good place near campus for the price. I think that they could really try to listen to their residents better to improve amenities and things in the apartments compared to updating the clubhouse all the time.
This place sucks big time. It's super dirty, the security is nonexistent and neighbors are super loud and smoke weed all the time. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else, otherwise, you will regret it.
This place is the worst place you can live at. 1. Rent is extremely Hight and they keep increasing it every year. 2. You will never ever get your deposit back they will always find an excuse to not give it back to you. 3. Windows will leak water when it rains and there no way to fix it. 4. Poor insulation and you A/C and heater will work more than the usual. 5. The electricity bill is not less than $100 every month. 6. Management people are extremely rude. 7. Parking lot lanes are small and u will get dented in your car. 8. There is a lot of car break-in happening. 9. The residents do not pick up after there dogs. 10. They are not using the gates so anyone can enter the compound! 11. It is always dirty in front of your door no one cleans. 12. furniture is either broken or heavily used and needs to be replaced which they will do it a year after your request. 13. Its always loud due to thin walls. you can even hear people flushing their toilets. 14. there is one trash compactor for the whole compound and it is really far so u will have to walk or put ur trash in ur car. 15. When u come to the tour they will show u a model of the apartment which looks very nice but you won't get anything even close to that. Overall for the money, you paying and what you are getting this is not the place I recommend for anyone.
I would strongly encourage you to NOT live in 2909. We moved in in May of 2019 to a very dirty apartment, many things broken, and the staff did nothing. Since moving in we have had increases in our bill that no one can explain. There is also zero communication. When we put in a work order they will just make it as complete and move on. To get anyone here to work on anything I have had to go get someone to and bring them to my apartment to look at it. Our dryer smells like smoke and sets off the fire alarms. 2909 way of fixing it was to just cut the fire alarm. With many other problems and not communication I would not recomenend living at 2909 to anyone.
I lived at 2909 (the Grove) for a year. It has all the bells and whistles: most utilities covered including wifi and cable, pool, individual bathrooms, washer dryer included, and its close to campus. They are intended for students but it's not required you be a student. That in mind, the walls are thin and parties are everywhere. Pool parties during the summer-ish months are a guarantee. Not that it's a bad thing, it just sucks if your bedroom window faces the pool and you have an exam the next day. Maintenance does a decent job. Maybe understaffed a bit. But they're very kind and probably the only reason I didn't leave it with 1 star. Props to them. Kory helped me countless times, and there was another young man that often came to our rescue as well. I forgot his name, unfortunately. My biggest issues come from the managers on site. There was no damage left in my apartment, and yet it's been 6 months since i moved out and still no security deposit. They keep giving me the run around about it, assuming they actually answer the phone. The only one that bothers helping me is Quinton. The oh-so-lovely neighbors I had above me were extremely loud from midnight until 6am, pretty much nightly. I attempted to handle it myself but the girls would pretend to not be home whenever I would go knocking, regardless of the time. When I called management for it to be looked into, I was greeted with hateful backlash and accusations of lying. NOT the kind of management I look for in a place to call home. *cough cough* JASMINE *cough cough* Because of her, I do not recommend this trashhole to anyone.
This is the perfect apartment complex if you want to live off-campus but still be within a close distance! It is a fully furnished apartment so it comes with the basic kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher), a kitchen table and chairs, couch, ottoman, and arm chair. Each bedroom does come with its own headboard, bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, desk and chair and then each room is equipped with its own walk-in closet AND its own bathroom. A great starter apartment for anyone!
These apartments are great. Run similarly to a dorm building, roommates are paired when needed. Water is included, which is nice, and the washer and dryer included are the icing on the cake. Lots of space, big closets, and a bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. Wifi is even included, if you get your own modem. Would definitely recommend.
I had to call the police this morning because of a suspicious individual looking into my room through the window this morning. I was too scared to open the blinds to see his face. It's never good to live on the first floor.
2909 Oliver Apartments is the best place to live in Wichita for an affordable monthly payment. It is very close to great restaurants and only a short walk to Wichita State University. This gated community is very clean and comes with many amenities such as, fully furnished buildings, large pool, and sand volleyball. The friendly staff make you feel right at home and it is a great experience.
