The formal living is through the entryway, dining to your left. The downstairs bedroom has two full-size beds. The stairs lead to the three bedrooms and one bath, the first upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a queen, and bedroom three has two twin beds. Going back down to the first floor and continuing down the hall, you will pass the half bath and laundry room on your left and enter into the second living room that has a futon. To the right, you will find the entrance to the back patio, garage, and grilling area. Back inside, looping back into the dining room will lead to the galley kitchen. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Parking is limited to four cars at the house. Any additional cars can be parked at the Publix two minutes down the street. Established neighborhood with mature trees, this home sits in a cul-de-sac keeping through traffic to a minimum. Less than half a mile to Walgreens, Starbucks, and other dining and shopping options very close by. Montgomery White Water Park, opening summer 2023, is only five miles away. Driving is recommended and parking is offered for guests. Uber and Lyft service the area as well. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and the code will be provided upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors with the noise level and adhere to the parking limit of four cars at the house. In the event that a security deposit is collected, it may be retained to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
