Get everything in writing and then double and triple check that they know what they're talking about. Advised property when selecting a unit that I work from home and have a noise sensitivity issue so I need an apartment that was no next to people who had pets or dogs that would be barking when they weren't home. 1st day as I'm moving in to the apt they assured me was NOT surrounded by animals, I hear dogs on both sides of me losing their minds every time I go in and out of the door. They said they had a courtesy office on site and the 1st time I call after hours, I'm informed they're NOT on property and will "try and see if someone else can come"

My experience at 2929 Wycliff has been amazing. The entire move in process was easy, Zoe in the leasing office did an amazing job until I moved in. The property is well kept and I'm walking distance from most places.
I have really enjoyed living in 2929 Wycliff. Move in process was seamless. The overall building is always clean and smells nice. 100% would recommend this apartment to anyone.
This has been a stressful couple of weeks moving from Los Angeles but the staff at 2929 Wycliff made it much easier to transfer to a new city and home. Nothing but gratitude for the help I had been provided with.
The maintenance team and staff here are great! Always professional, prompt, and friendly I know I can always count on them with any questions or concerns that I have!

Was absolutely surprised with the size and cleanliness of the apartment when I moved in! Huge dog park and surprisingly don’t hear any neighbors easily with how well the building is constructed. Also love all new and high end appliances! Definitely recommend to tour and consider

Overall leadership has vacillated, sometimes strong more often rather poor. When there simple clear issues to be resolved actions are swift and accurate. Anything complex that requires logical troubleshooting seems to always be someone else's issue. Due years of access issues I have taken to directly contacting ButterflyMX the 3rd party access provider for assistance. They are more reliable. My latest lease renewal was also an issue. The lease renewal wasn't activated until I discovered a "billing" error on rent due. After I contacted the office to review the issue it was corrected to the correct rate. This was over 3 weeks after the renewal was completed and over a month before the current lease ends. Why would there even have been a change in price to discover at this time. Very disconcerting. So my advise to new residents would be If you want to take the risk, good luck. It my go well for you or not. Be prepared to open service tickets for any issue in the common areas since no reports seems to mean no issue to this current leadership team. This is a fairly good location and overall is a fairly good place to live. Keep your expectations low that will improve your experience.

2929 Wycliff has just gone down hill. I don’t know what I am paying for anymore. The elevator is down every other day. The hallways are dirty and stink most of the times. I moved in this place excited and now I will be excited when I can leave. If I could give a piece of advise to future renters, it would be to look else where. You can definitely find better for the price. I am counting down the days to the end of my lease.

Moving out of state has all the moving challenges more! But at 2929 Wycliff the leasing team was amazing at making me feel secure that my new future home was perfect for me. Jocelyn was so kind and diligent, patient with all the phone calls and many questions that I had. Living here is perfect for my fiance and me. It has all the amenities we need and more! It feels clean, safe, and neighborhood-like.

The management team is subpar when responding to calls and questions. The leasing team changes often which effects rapport. I feel like resident concerns arent taken seriously and often heard but ignored. We dont have secured security so that makes me uncomfortable and I honestly stay here because I like my actual apartment only and the location. The building always stinks of horrible smells. Trash isnt always picked up by valet but were forced to pay for it. There is no overnight security and the courtesy officer never returns calls no noise or other after hour complaints are gone ignored. Often times the building smells like Sewage. Not sure why or where that smell comes from. If you move here do so knowing these above details. The location is close to downtown so expect a lot of random people including homeless people sleeping in the stairs or entering the building. The dog park is a nice size but always filthy and stinks.
Love the neighborly feeling of the community. It really feels like community members care to know and look out for each other and enjoy living in the community!

I’ve been here for over a year now and while I initially loved it here, it’s not so great anymore. First, the upgraded units are nice, at first glance, but the work is a little shoddy and almost seems hastily thrown together. Then they started enforcing a towing rule. There’s never a lack of parking here but now for whatever reason not only do all residents have to register their vehicles but every guest has to register a vehicle every 24 hours … The garage isn’t very big but still there’s always a good spot to park. Now though they are going to charge $60 just to park near the elevator. Keep in mind that we already pay $50 with our rent every month for garage parking. So, let me get this straight … now if I want a parking space next to the elevator I’ll be paying $110. Seriously?!?! It’s ridiculous. Additionally, the gates are hardly ever working for more than a few days at a time. There are lots of other things that need attention though: residents who don’t clean up after their pets relieve themselves in the elevators, cars being broken into, a courtesy officer who is never patrolling the property, a business/conference center that is not convenient to use, resident lounge that is not very resident friendly, and constant smoking in a common areas in a building that is supposedly non smoking. Oh and it’s not cheap to live here. At this point, location is about the only perk.

We are now offering very limited reserved parking but we still offer plenty of parking near the elevators for all of our residents. We work diligently to make repairs to our access gates and contact our vendors immediately for major repairs, as we know, this is an important feature to our residents. We do love our little furry friends, but not necessarily what they leave behind. We do require our residents to pick up after their pets so the grounds can be enjoyed by all residents. Our goal is to present a positive, dignified and businesslike image at all times. If we failed to meet your expectations, we sincerely apologize. I was so excited to move into this complex but it has been a big disappointment. The staff are not knowledgeable enough to carry out simple task without error. The gate is always broken. Today we received an email stating that they will be charging $60 for parks close to the elevator. Parking has never been an issue at this place. They just want money from residents. We already pay $50 for a garage that is never secure. They should focus on the horrible smells in the hall and the marijuana being smoked through out the building. They could even take some time to focus on cars being broken into in the “secure” garage. For the price you can find much better.
The apartment complex is always kept clean! Staff and neighbors are friendly. Maintance is very quick to respond to work orders. The dog park is my favorite part! Very pet friendly community.

It was a breeze finding the right apartment hone for me and the leasing office staff, especially Lucia, helped me workout the details so quickly!
I was so excited to move into 2929. I have been here almost two years and it has really gone downhill. I thought new management would increase my satisfaction but so far it has not. I am very disappointed in the amenities that were redone. I have visited several Greystar properties and I was very impressed. Seeing the other properties may have set my expectations too high. I feel that we waited all that time for nothing. The other issue I have are the residents. Some of them are absolutely disgusting. They leave their trash anywhere and dont clean up behind themselves. Other residents are not respectful of community rules.

The management team needs improvement on communication and organization skills. This apartment complex doesnt value there residents. Even during emergency situations they show no empathy for the people that have been effected, its truly appalling.

A/C was broken for extended time in the middle of the summer. Management constantly changed. Amenities were constantly closed and then when renovations started they were closed even longer and no one decided to address a solution or form of reimbursement on amenity fees when the community didn't even have access to them for months. Car sustained paint damage from leaks inside the parking garage. I was consistently patient and tried to be understanding of management and maintenance, but they never came through to help appease all these issues that were consistently popping up. Workers came and stained my bathtub and trashed my bathroom during a maintenance. It was always one thing after the other, and yet I would still have to keep paying this complex a rent fee that was way more than the experience was worth.

Its a great place! The renovations are beautiful, and the neighbors are great. Within 5 hours of moving in I had 3 neighbors stop by to introduce themselves and welcome me to the community.

I see that these reviews are several years old - New “management” is nonexistent - filthy hallways and stairwells - repairs do not occur - key fobs and entry codes don’t work. If you want to live stress free, do not move here!!

2929 Wycliff has really been a disappointment to me. I was hoping the new management would approve things but I havent seen it so far. I am hopeful for a change before I have to renew my lease.
Ive only been here for about 3 days and I must say that I am completely satisfied. The office team has made this process much easier and I look forward to resigning my lease with 2929 Wycliff. My son loves it also
Like another reviewer said, the management team is amazing. Becca is now the manager, and I couldn't be happier for her! She has always been soooooo helpful and nice. The amenities are also on par with what you would expect from a beautiful apartment complex such as this. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Lincoln's management team is excellent. Becca in the leasing office has made my partner and I's lives so much easier by being prompt and resourceful in response to any need . I love living at 2929 Wycliff.
Nice place with good security. Office staff has always been helpful and repairs were done quickly.
