I would Give it 0 stars.
If you have a shred of sanity, you wouldn't live here. I wasted 6 years of my life and my family's health in this horrible place. Between neighbors urinating in your yard and touching themselves in your yard you're bound to get more than an eye full. That's if you can see past the black spots floating in your vision from the Stachybotrys (toxic black mold), Aspergillus, Penicillium and Cladosporium poisoning your system. And yes, the managers are aware of the mold. My children and I have suffered from multiple illness due to the mold that has grown due to leaking from incorrect/improperly insulated pipes used on the A.C as well as the mold behind the paint in the bathroom. The maintenance is a joke, one man nearly electrocuted himself because he didn't turn off the breaker while touching open wires and when he finally finished with the light switch, he had rewired it so badly the switch would turn off all power to the outlets. Another ASKED FOR MY HELP because he wasn't sure how to install a door knob. And don't try to ask what company these people work for because the landlord will give you the phrase she is most known for, "I don't know." Roaches pour into apartments, tenants do drugs on the premises and if you don't pay attention, they may move a wanted murderer in behind you. (YES, this really happened). The background check is a joke, but you still have to pay for it. Do yourself a favor and pass on this miserable place. It's not worth your time, money or health.
