About This Property
Step into my charming art deco 1901 Victorian townhouse that offers the perfect blend of tranquility and urban vibrancy! During your stay, you can: -Walk to local breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants right in the neighborhood. -Take a 5min scooter bike ride to the bars, shops, and nightlife of downtown RiNo. -Walk to the museums or Denver Zoo only a few blocks away Your stay combines the serene ambiance of City Park and quick access to the city's dynamic offerings. This home features very tall ceilings, giving it a luxurious feel, and has been professionally decorated. While it's an older house with charming character, it was fully renovated in 2012, ensuring everything is up-to-date and meets modern standards. One of my favorite features is the large, expansive windows that let in plenty of natural light. Additionally, you have your own garage and yard, which is a rare find in the heart of Denver, no need to worry about street parking! The space can be offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs and the length of your stay. This is my home, and I am renting it out as my partner and I are consolidating our lives into one house. I am not a investor with multiple properties trying to maximize profit; this is my first home, and it has been cared for as such. I'm looking for a tenant who will show it the same respect and care. I'm flexible with move-in and move-out dates but would prefer a 12-month lease with an option to extend. The tenant will pay for electricity, gas, and internet, which typically run around $200/month depending on usage (I like to keep the house comfortable, so I maximize the AC/heat you will likely spend less). I will cover the rest of the utilities. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but you are welcome to smoke on the patio or in the backyard. Additionally, I do not allow cats or dogs in the home.

Established in the mid-1800s as a mining town during the Gold Rush, Denver embraces its Western heritage along with a forward-thinking mindset. Larimer Square is a testament to Denver’s balance of old and new, boasting rows of creative restaurants, independent shops, and vibrant nightlife spots in Victorian-era buildings downtown.
Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver is renowned for its great outdoor adventures. Residents enjoy more than 5,000 acres of parks, trails, golf courses, and playgrounds as well as convenience to Red Rocks Park and Cherry Creek State Park. Denver is proximate to world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities just outside the city too. City center skyrises provide incredible views of the mountains to the west, while spacious suburbs with single-family rentals make for the perfect place to set down roots.
