Apartments look beautiful on the outside. Once inside, you can see that it is pretty worn but still decent looking. We’ve been here less than 6 months and the ceiling fans have stopped working; washing machine stopped working TWICE as well as the refrigerator. That’s on top of non-emergent issues such as clogged toilets, broken door knobs and an entire rack of the closet collapsing. Not the worst place to live but definitely be cautious that while they LOOK nice, it doesn’t mean they ARE nice.

The complex is well maintained and the staff is excellent. One of the main reasons we renewed our lease is that we are very impressed with the maintenance team. Charles, Joel and Caleb are friendly, professional, efficient and always get the job done in a timely manner! I would highly recommend living here...the amenities are awesome! The office staff is very professional and courteous!

Just wanted to write a review because we love it here! My husband and I moved in to 2940 Solano at Monterra in October 2017 and since then we feel the improvements they have made on the property are much better. I know some people are not happy with certain changes but I have no problem with them because I agree that it is for the best interest of our community. I want to personally thank Tatiana and Nick who helped us with our storage unit earlier this week and we are now paying a very reasonable price for our storage unit downstairs in our own building instead of 5 miles away paying more than 5 times the amount. I would also like to thank Jessica who has been very sweet and helpful since day 1 when we first came in to inquire about the apartment. This place is kept very clean and they work hard to try to enforce the rules and regulations for our own well being and to allow us to enjoy our home. I think sometimes people forget this is a community and we all have to learn to follow the rules. I always lived in a private house but I have to learn to adjust to the rules that go along with living in an apartment community. I have no problem with that. Thank you for making this a great place to live!!

Worst managerment. It is not worth it to pay this much money to live in here When I moved in, the management did good. But after the management change to Moguard, this property got worse. The pool is get dirty, the grill is broken all the time. The gate is useless, once the gate is open, following cars can come in. And the maintenance, it is super slow, and rude. The worst thing, they charges extra fees. Long story short, they disconnect FpL by mistake without noticing me. And charged me all the fees for disconnecting and reconnecting. In order to solve this problem, i had to complain and explain same thing to every single employee and manager for 3month. Also, water and sewer charged expensive. This management changed some kind of digital meter whatever, after they changed the meter, water and sewer fee got doubled. Recently, i also got charged some kind of fee again, because i cancel the automatic payment at online and pay with a check on the due date. In order to use the credit that i had. Living in APT always have pros and cons, but paying this much money for this property with this management? It is not worth it. I am definitely going to move out and not gonna suggest this property and other property owned by moguard management.

I have lived in various apartments over the years and have found that living here is the best. The grounds are magnificent and kept in terrific shape. The staff that works here are fantastic and are extremely helpful to whatever you need. The monthly rates are well worth all that is offered. The clubhouse is ultra modern with new computers and drink machines. The pool area is great and very clean.The gym has all new equipment which i have never found in other complexes. You must see this apartment complex to understand how great it is. I recommend this complex completely and you will be happy to live here.
My apartment is the epitome of what you will call luxury. From the granite counter tops in the bathroom and kitchen to the stainless still appliances. This complex has great amenities too, it has a pool, gym, and clubhouse!! You will feel very comfortable and pleased that you made the move here! So come and see for yourself. Plus it's affordable which is great! I'm very happy and satisfied living here.
I ' ve lived here for a minth now and I honestly have no complaints. Its very quit and the upgrades are beautiful.
