Property Id: 1738957 Hello, I am seeking a gay friendly male housemate, responsible/good credit, clean/organized, (mostly) sober (I am 40s, sober, active, and enjoy running). No smoking. You would get PRIMARY SUITE - FULL BATHROOM, plus the rest of the condo to yourself most of time. I live in NYC and will be coming to visit up to 7 days per month, using the GUEST BEDROOM/Pineapple Room and GUEST Bathroom, as well as common areas). $1000 per month (ALL), including all utilities, internet/WIFI, and Netflix-Hulu with local channels. Your room is currently furnished and you can add a couple pieces if you like. This place works for someone on a long term project/contract job, or new to Orlando/just starting out, or what not. Bonus: My housekeeper will come by once a month to clean the floors, wash sheets, and bathrooms/kitchen. The community is Wimbledon Centre Court; they have a large pool, gym, and tennis courts (all recently renovated), and it is gated - you get a reserved spot convenient to the condo.
