One hour from San Diego, Orange County beaches, Palm Springs, and Los Angeles. Owner gutted and remodeled the entire home during 2004 and 2005. HOME LAYOUT: Main level is one big open family/entertainment room, kitchen, dining area and hallway with french doors that open out to the rear deck and world class views. 2 large Z Gallerie Palasades designer couches and designer coffee table in the family room. Top level includes 1 Master Bedroom with Master Bath and king bed. 2 Upper Guest Bedrooms, Room #1 with King bed + full fold out futon, Room #2 Queen bed, 1 upstairs guest bathroom. with bath tub. Downstairs includes 1 guest bedroom with Queen Bed + bonus room which is a large office with 1 full size bunk bed with 2 other sleeping areas, 1 queen designer fold out futon, 1 full size designer fold out futon. 1 full bath downstairs with stand up shower. Recent Upgrades and renovations: New foam for couch seat cushions + seat cushion covers Fall 2023 New Amani fridge installed November 2022 Repainting of entire exterior of home November 2021 New microwave as of June 2021 New oven as of April 2021 New carpeting as of April 2021 New Whirlpool dishwasher as of August 2020. Repainting the entire interior of house Thanksgiving 2019 Installed brand new HVAC unit 8/15/2019 Resurface, repaint, and repair to kitchen cabinets Aug 2019 Major overhaul to all yard areas, where the pool is (500 square feet of turf + update to all plants and Palm trees), overhaul to the yard by the driveway (change to a DG ((decomposed granite)) surface), outdoor furniture additions of chaise lounge, 4 new chairs, 1 new glass table, repainting of 4 outdoor chairs and 2 loveseats. Replacement and repair to entire ducting for the interior of the home. Proof of these projects can be provided upon request. Significant upgrades to several bedrooms during 2019. There are 7 new bed frames and each with a new mattress, 3 queen, 3 full, and 1 king. Other furniture additions were also made to all of the bedrooms during 2019. Each bedroom bed has 3 - 4 sets of linens, so there are 3 sets of extra white linens per main room bed. This excludes any air mattress or futon bedding, but, this is higher end linens acquired for the main beds. We acquire new linens for the property each 12 months. Solar power equipment was installed on the property during 2018. Solar power is a large expense, approximately $35,000. Considering just the items listed this is close to $100,000 in upgrades and equipment for the property. This also does not include all of the costs associated with the pool. This property is actively maintained and very actively managed. Since 2016 $1000+ fridge, $500 outdoor lounge/deep bench, outdoor Adirondack style furniture, Z Gallerie designer couches, designer coffee table, and designer futon.

Canyon Lake is a small town located about an hour south of San Bernardino. Originally a private subdivision community, Canyon Lake is one of only five gated cities in California, allowing for an extremely safe, close-knit environment. With the lake—(which is over 400 acres) —anchoring the town, this private community is focused on having a great time out on the water. You’ll see residents swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, wakeboarding, and more almost every day of the year. When Canyon Lake renters aren’t on the lake, you’ll find them enjoying one of the many beaches and waterfront parks in town.

Canyon Lake has three small retail centers with the largest hub located along Railroad Canyon Road. In this small plaza, there are several salons, restaurants, specialty shops, a grocery store, a library, a bar, and more. Beyond the lake and three small commercial centers, Canyon Lake doesn’t have many amenities within the boundaries of the town.
