About This Property
This farmhouse is on a property that includes a back meadow and vineyards across the street that are accessible for tenets to walk through. There is also a great winery and tasting room across the street that specializes in locally grown grapes. Additionally, there are multiple hiking trails nearby. This home is located in a quiet country setting, yet very close to town. Grocery, big box stores, access to Little Traverse Bay, as well as downtown Petoskey (where there are several great restaurants and shopping) are within a 5 minute drive. All utilities including Wi-Fi are included in rent. I have been primarily renting to travel nurses but am open to other situations. I live in the upstairs bedroom and share the common spaces, including the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and outside spaces.
