Backyard access from the dining room sliding door. Fireplace is not operational. • Kitchen has ample counter space. Cherry wood cabinets and marble counters added in 2019. Sliding door from the kitchen to the patio offers ease for BBQ or dining al fresco. • Backyard has over 1000 sq ft of grass, mature trees, and room for multiple gardens. Side of yard offers additional covered storage space. • Appliances included: dishwasher and electric stove. • Renter must provide all other appliances, i.e. Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, etc. • Owner pays for water. Renter pays for water in excess of $55/month. Renter pays for all other utilities. • Landscaper services are $100-$110/month. This is required for front and rear lawn maintenance.
