The gate never works. Pool is always closed because tenants constantly mess it up. Same with what few amenities are available. Offers Parcel Pending but that doesn't work either. Maintenance is disrespectful but if you try to complain to management they'll take their side. Can't wait until the end of our lease. Oh and you'll need pest control to come out constantly.

Roaches roaches roaches. Do not live here! The entire property is infested with german cockroaches and management refuses to undertake the proper remediation steps to fix the issue. AC also does not work well so be prepared for your unit to be 80-85 degrees every day of summer with the AC unit running 24 hours a day. I put in several separate maintenance requests related to the AC and was eventually told by maintenance that the AC units are just so old they can’t keep up and need to be replaced but management refuses. The windows are so old that they either do not open or break if you try. The dog park is in a state of disrepair. Gates are either broken or do not latch and the fence is not secure so dogs can easily escape. Management was notified of the issue and ensured it would be fixed and several months later, nothing has been done. They also charge extra for a “valet trash” service which means they are supposed to pick up trash from your door but they do not pick up on the scheduled days 80% of the time. Management was also notified of this issue and nothing has been done to fix it. There is broken glass all across the grounds which has cut my dogs feet on multiple occasions. There are other issues such apartments constantly reek of weed, residents frequently working on repairing cars in the parking lot, etc. which wouldn’t necessarily be absolute deal breakers but given all the other issues with this property, it’s just not worth it. The only positive here is the location in Grapevine but for the price there are much better properties in the area available. Do not live here unless you want bugs as roommates.

I've been living back here for some years now and have experienced a lot of different property managers but the team we have in the office right now is by far the best we've had thus far.the word I can describe the team is Amazing. Marvin Especially he always goes above and beyond.great attitude, awesome gentlemen and very knowledgeable. And also mrs sesley kind,very understanding she s like a breath of fresh air when u walk in the in the leasing office.shes great I love her :)I want to say thank you guys for what u do.God bless take care.

My son, daughter in law and granddaughters ages 1 and 2 have recently moved into these apartments. They have been dealing w/ a cockroach problem since day one. It is absolutely outrageous that management has not taken care of this problem since it was first reported on or about December 15. My kids have been told that exterminator services are only available on Thursday. Going on 3rd week & cockroach’s still present ??
Do not recommend living in this complex the communication is unacceptable and makes is hard for residents to pay their rent in a timely manner not too mention the upkeep.
This is by far the BEST service I have ever received! The staff to the apartment complex. I have lived in different apartments throughout my life and I have dealt with maintenance as well, but Oscar is by far the BEST one i had ever dealt with when it comes to fixing any problem, he has always handled everything in a fast and very professional matter. I hope you all are really appreciating him because honestly he is the best of the best out there!

I've done a lot of apartment hunting since I recently moved here, and I have to say the 29Fifty Apartments offer the best of everything. The location is great since it's close to all my favorite stores and restaurants. Plus it's right on the main roads to go anywhere worth going to. However, the most important thing to me is the apartment itself. I'm in a one bedroom, and I've been so impressed with it since I've been here. Not only are the living room, kitchen, and bedroom perfect sizes, they also have the modern look I was searching for. I feel so classy living in a home that looks so nice, and I'm happy to entertain guests. Furthermore, the rent is competitively priced. Making the decision to live here was a no brainer, and I've been grateful to live here every day since I moved in. Thank you 29Fifty for being here
The place is roach infested!! I don’t know who is making good reviews for this place but they are lying!!! I live here!! I asked Celeste the office manager about the roaches before I moved in because I had read reviews saying the place had roaches etc. She LIED right in my face stating “ they wrote the bad reviews because they were mad”. Please! On top of that they make me pay for pest control for roaches that were already here!!!!! Please learn from my mistake and find you somewhere else or I promise you will regret it cause once you’ve signed the lease thats it!!!! Oh dont even think about having somewhere to park and they don’t enforce towing!! Half of the cars parked dont even have apartment sticker!!!!!!
I just love this place! If you're looking for an affordable yet luxurious place to live then I suggest you live here! The units look just amazing, the office staff if super friendly, professional, and understanding. Maintenance is really great as well all request gets done super fast. You can not go wrong with this Community, one of the best decisions I've made.
I have been living at this apartment complex for about 3 years now & I can actually say this has been the best stay I’ve had!! The area is great, the NEW STAFF is phenomenal!! So many changes have ocurred, but as a resident I can say the changes have improved the complex. The staff are such wonderful people and always took care of me when needed. Even til this day!
I have lived here for 3 years now through both management companies and I plan on staying here much longer! A few things first, they do have some rules that others may find strict or unreasonable but I find them valuable and overall reasonable. The office staff has been fantastic since the management company switch, always available and have been amazingly understanding as long as someone approaches them with respect and making reasonable requests. When I put in a non-emergency maintenance request is has been handled within 24 hours 48 tops. They have stayed on top of rule infractions and those that break the rule always complain but the staff stands their ground! Guests must register their cars when parking on property and there are signs posted throughout the property in clearly marked guest spots explaining how to do this. Before this policy, it was near impossible to find a parking spot because people would park on the property from the trailer park and even other complexes across the street (I have witnessed it). Now there is always plenty of parking for the residents close to their own apartments. Trash used to be left everywhere and there was no enforcement of keeping the place clean, now there are multiple dumpsters that are frequently emptied and non-residents have been forced to stop dumping their furniture on out property (yes that used to happen on a massive scale). The property is clean and quiet after much work by the management and helps from other residents watchful eyes, yes when neighbors work to help the property things improve! They have had to change exterminators a few times but finally, the current one has been great at helping eradicate pests, as long as others do what they are supposed to in order to prevent outbreaks!!!! I have had neighbors in the past that constantly allowed themselves to be reinfected because they didn't know how to stop creating a breeding ground for them!! Bottom line is that I have seen the bad and the good in 3 years here and in other places I have lived and this is the place I plan on staying for a while, it has been a great place to live!
Do NOT live here if you have a dog or do not like dogs. I have made several complaints about dogs being off leash and the manager said that they would be sending out a notice to remind people to keep their dog on leash but this has not happened. I've even had another dog run up to me and my dog. The dog was not nice nor did my dog appreciate that. I don't think most dogs would do well with another dog running at them. There are always dogs off leash and I've emailed the staff at least 3 times and have not gotten a reply.
If your looking for roommates this is the place to come. The apartments are infested with cockroaches. Not to mention mold and dust. Although it is pleasing to the eye... Don't turn off the lights!!! Bugs will come out of the woodwork! Office staff are as rude as they come and nothing is their problem. Read the fine print they will manipulate your lease every way possible. And you will not get your deposit back no matter how clean you leave the place. Stay away from this apartment complex. Also, asking for corporates number is a big no no they will not give it to you.

They're under new management, changed the name and painted the buildings; but beware they are lacking in customer service and just simple human decency. I have been here for about 3 years with no problems, always pay my rent on time and stay to myself. Ever since this new management has come on they've made changes to "improve" the property but it has gotten worse. From the overflowing dumpsters conveniently located in parking spots. Don't get me started on the quality of people hanging out and drinking liquor out of the bottle in the breezeways, drunk drivers crashing into an apartment to the swat team that was just here a few weeks ago. I wish this site would allow me to post pictures because I've been documenting my experience at these "lovely apartment homes."
Staff are very nice. They are trying to make the community better and I've noticed the improvement. Yasheka, she has been there the longest and they've done an excellent job keeping her for her generosity. We are not really familiar with the new staff that has arrived but they seem very nice. I don't know how long I plan to stay but for the meanwhile I will completely recommend this community to someone else.

It's in an area that is considered not a great part of town, but the complex is actually really good. Everything is kept pretty clean and the trash service is awesome. The only thing that we have had problems with is people blantantly breaking the apartment rules. A good note was sent out, but no one has followed through.

Our apartment is small for a 3 bedroom, our bed doesn't even fit in our master bedroom (the closet door only opens enough to squeeze in to get your clothes before it hits the bed), the children outside run all day and all night with no parents; throwing basketballs and footballs over/around/and even AT cars!!!! It's awful!!! Our dishwasher has been broken since we moved in, our windows and walls are so poorly insulated our electric bill is $260/month for only 900 square feet! I DO love one thing and that is our tall ceilings... That is literally the only thing I love about this apartment. Parking is bad, there is no where for pets but they allow you to have them and we are so ready for the end of our lease!!!!
