The apartment is on the first floor of a two-family home in Malden on the Medford line,less than a mile away from the Malden Center orange line T-stop and close to Assembly Row. Owners are a young family who occupy the second and third floor. The house,including the apartment was recently renovated and has an amazing outdoor space that owners are happy to share with the renters. A great opportunity to be close to the city while also having a retreat. Some storage space and free laundry in the basement. Parking is not provided,but willing to share parking spaces in a driveway during snow emergencies. All applicants over 18+,required credit check~~ $40 each
