I'm planning on moving out to California soon, and I need someone (or two people) to sublet ASAP! $970/month + utilities, with May pro-rated! This apartment is available from now until October 31st 2016, when the lease ends. We can discuss full details with the leasing office of the apartment complex (Park View Apartments) if you're interested. Fully equipped kitchen, and very large living room and bedroom. Bedroom has its own large closet, in addition to two other closets available within the apartment. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. FREE A/C IN THE SUMMER, AND HEATING IN THE WINTER! - Within walking distance of locations such as PNC Park, Heinz Field, and downtown. - Quick access to Highways 279, 376, and 28. - Within walking distance of a Giant Eagle for groceries, and many attractions such as the Mattress Factory, the Andy Warhol museum, and more! - Secure apartment building (need RFID chip to access the building). - Close to bus stops, T line stations. Various furniture in the apartment (mattress, bed frame, table, chair, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and more) can be had at separate cost. Will be priced to move! Indoor & outdoor parking available, dependent on availability. I park in a detached garage just outside of the building. Pets require deposit with leasing office, but are approved.
