i’ve been living in 3 Coners east for almost 2 years. My experience has been great. I feel so comfortable and safe since they have security 24 seven a gated code entrance maintenance , office staff. really nice Cordial they really make me feel at home my only question is why should I have to pay 40. $ for a parking spot as Resident I should have a designated parking spot for the apartment without payment .
From the stag to my apartment I love living here. It is the apartment I have ever lived in. As far as I’m concerned this will always be my home.
These apartments have potential if only yall cared about anything other than money. Yall increase rent every year & yet the entrance gates are constantly broken, the lights in the parking lot have not worked in years & nothing has ever been done. The gym equipment hasn’t worked in over a year, & the door locks on you if you don’t leave it wide open. There’s nothing recreational for families / children either. Yall could be so much better but refuse to do anything about it. The only reason I even gave yall a 3 is because most of the staff in the office are nice, but otherwise what you pay here isn’t worth it.
Personnel at the office are courteous and helpful.
Have not moved in but the office staff is great! They helped me to get my paperwork and very nice about it. Ana has helped me so much from the first day I went in and all the calls about questions I have had.
Calm community, maintenance is quick to come if anything needs fixing. Staff is really nice and attentive with any concerns we may have, amenities are great! Do wish they had a playground for the kids.
Love it here. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Very friendly environment. The people are to themselves and very kind. My experience here is top 10

The front office is always both attentive and concerned bout any issues i may raise. My requests for repairs are addressed in a timely fashion. I really enjoyliving here.
The office staff never handled anything they say they will. Office not open on time last Saturday they were no there. I have reported the breeze lights are out for 2 years still not repaired. I don't have the time or space to write all the problems
Clean, safe, enjoyable. Just we need in apartment complex living . Additionally, the management and maintenance staff are very supportive and professional.

Last year my toilet and bathtub started backing up and all I had to do was call maintenance and that was the end of my responsibility to that. All I had to do after that was just let people in to take care of it. People want to glorify owning a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. But also from horror stories I’ve heard it seems like I’ve got lucky with decent management.

Nice apartments they have a lot of space but staff are neglectful of their jobs and duties , maintenance rarely comes to fix anything and when they do it’s done wrongly the 1st time

Clean property and maintenance people are nice The office people are only busy when we customers We have a rent portal we can use Because the office does not collect rent at all You would think they would be able to accept rent because some persons don’t have computer or internet to use rent portal sp they have to go a couple of places that will receive rent such as HEB stores where we have to pay a 2.00 fee to process the transaction

Nothing is ever done properly and the always act like we bother them like tales up to 6 weeks if it ever gets done any maintenance issues is so frustrating to deal with them and well they know we can’t talk to the property owners so they take advantage of that

I'm recently retired and I've been here for 3 years. I don't plan on moving soon. I have a concrete beach right under my balcony. Always fun and activity at the pool and for the most part...I love it here at Kempwood Hollow ?????

Loud neighbors, unresponsive front office, small laundry facility and constant plumbing and water pressure issues. It's not worth what I'm paying, plus the "add-ons" to stay here.. Plus the roaches! I go through an entire bottle of bug/roach spray every 1-2 months in this 1 bedroom apartment, and it's not enough to keep the pests out. Looking forward to move-out day.

Limited visitors parking. Stray cats fighting all night, neighbor’s dogs barking all night, neighbors blaring music at 2 in the morning makes it hard to get sleep here. Laundry rooms are terrible, I would suggest going somewhere else to do laundry. Can’t wait to move somewhere else.

We moved in two weeks ago and we’re very happy. The kids have a large patio to play in and the apartment is large too. We love the dog park and we ge to take bella there to rub wild. I also want to thank the ladies for the hospitality while we were applying, they helped with the kids and gave them snacks to entertain them. Thank you front desk, and we’re happy with the move.

Overall is a good place to live is calm and quite. They do need to fix the exit gate everyone comes in and out from it. No need for the gate code of you have that open for the public.

I have been at 3 Corners East for over 3 years now. When my a/c broke in 2019, I went without a/c for 13 days during the middle of the summer and I am elderly. The walkways are broken and uneven and I fell because of this in 2018 and missed 6 wks of work with a concussion. Now we have a new company that rarely answers phone, has only one maintenance man for entire project so nothing gets done. Property is not kept up and looks terrible. I love the layout of my apt. and the location but am having to move because it is kept up and no longer feels safe.

Great community surrounding Three Corners east, everything is very accessible /walking distance groceries,doctors offices,parks ,schools,bus stop on Property outside your door I just love living here

I lived here for 3 years, to be close to my mother & it wasn’t worth it. The complex is like 30 yrs old & falling apart. Managers changed every 4 -5 months & there was only 1 person in the office that knew anything. Really bad roach infestation, that flares up when neighbors move out. I used a lot of Lysol & roach motels. Walls were ridiculously thin, it sounded like my upstairs neighbors were bowling. When their tub overflowed the water would drip out of my overhead bathroom vent/fan. The maintenance guys are super nice & do fix things within 24 hrs. The complex has been sold, so many times, they will always blame the old mgmt, but they are negligent as well. Current, mgmt didn’t fix my dryer the last 6 months & didn’t notify me of my 60 days to give move out notice. The dumpsters are always full of furniture, they leave the gates opossum for weeks at a time, & even the mail was often late or delivered to wrong address. I never got my packages delivered to my door, they would toss my packages onto my patio. The 2 dog parks are often full of fleas or broken green glass. Worst place I ever lived, the number of accidents on Kempwood & loud engines that sounded were literally at my doorstep. Drunk drivers drove onto the sidewalks & knocked down the gates, 8 times in 3 yrs. Soend more & live elsewhere.

I lived in this complex for 1 year. The maintenance staff is friendly. But the overall complex is old and dirty. Dumpster areas are nasty. Many apartments are roach infested. The amenities are horrible (gas grill doesn't work, gym is a small room with a broken treadmill they will not fix). I finally moved out they have yet to return my security deposit after two months of waiting. Very seldom will you call and find that some one will answer the phone. Because the units are so old internet service is bad. Positive note for the most part it was quiet and cheap .

I lived in this complex for 3 years. Had a roach problem from day one and it got worse.Management said they would do something but never did even the regional manager called the pest control company and the said they would be out the next day and take care of it. Guess what nothing happened. When i moved out i had to get rid of my couch and love seat even the microwave had roaches. I cleaned the apartment and went back in a week and roaches were everywhere. i cleaned again and turned in my keys. There was nothing wrong with the apartment except the cheap mini blinds broke during cleaning but they found all kind of things wrong with the apartment and managed to keep all my deposit. Stay away from this place at all cost the managers will tell you it was the old company but it is not there only worried about renters number and not the resident.
