This apartment complex is way more affordable than my previous. The leasing office is very helpful compared to my last one. I like how every unit has a patio / balcony.
We have lived here since September of 2024 and we have had little to no issues with the apartment. Perfect space for two, plus affordable rent!

This property is a great place to live the grounds are getting better but still can use some more attention, there are people that shouldn't be living here they are making the complex look tacky they need to clean up makes the complex look round down,this property is a great place if people would just keep things clean.

Nice apartment right in front of the pool. The area is close to a lot of shopping. And Jamie from the office is always very helpful. The only reason I'm moving is for more space.
It's not a good one so far. It's been 1 month since I signed my lease and it took 3 weeks to get a working refrigerator. I've been robbed twice. I'm seriously regretting moving here.

I've had a pleasant experience so far. Whenever I have a question or issue the front desk is answers it right away. Whenever I put in a service request it's answered quickly. I moved here from another state not knowing what to expect when it came to renting an apartment but they have made the experience good so far.

This complex used to be very clean the dumpsters are in really bad shape trash is all over the place and also the residents are not keeping things clean and they even use their patio for hanging their laundry that looks very tacky there's just a lot of mess everywhere but it's still a great place to live,oh and the laundry rooms are in bad shape very dirty and trash over loaded thank you

The property has downgraded so much. There’s trash everywhere and the landscaping is ugly. Pet owners do not pick after their pets. There’s neighbors so rude.

I like how the apt are always clean but for the last 6 or 8 weeks the dumpster areas are full of trash. Maintenance issues get solve real quick that’s another thing I really like.

Front staff is amazing in helping me with everything that I need. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts was just other minor issues but overall I am satisfied living here in this community.

Not a bad place to live. I haven't experienced any crime around here. Pretty quiet most of the time. Rent seems a little high, but I haven't looked anywhere else...

My honest opinion this property is amazing comfortable it has welcoming family feel to it I'm very grateful for the peace that this property has to offer they offer a gym washing areas cooking areas and the best part a pool for this summer heat this is the best choice we have made I love it my husband love as well the patio early morning coffee I love it that's a plus.

Es necesario mantener orden aquí ya k muchas personas estacionan sus vehículos en zona roja o enfrente de la lavandería y batalla uno para salir con sus vehículos y x otra parte son muy cochinos ahy no se si son los del valet trash o l misma gente ya k los basureros no todos pero algunos están con bastante basura afuera del contenedor.

Love my cute apartment; space wise is perfect for me, community is quiet, friendly neighbors, My job requires me to travel all the Houston are so I have accessibility to jump on Beltway 8, Interstate 10' and Hwy 290. Blanca, Jaime and Jazmin run a tight ship and really know how to make the move in process smooth and easy. I REALLY LOVE IT HERE!

I love the community. This is where I grew up. Unfortunately, it seems the grounds and landscaping are being neglected. I never see management walking the property and enforcing lease agreements.

3 Corners North it’s a nice quiet community in the Spring Branch School district. It close to shopping and many restaurants for fine dinning. We Love it here!
