I love it here. It allows me access to not just my family who live up the road. It also allows me the safety of knowing that if I need medical assistance the fire department is so close by.
Karina was extremely helpful when my partner and I came to look at their complex. She answered all of our questions and was pretty quick to answer back regarding any others we had emailed about. All in all it was a great experience, and I'd absolutely recommend working with her if you're able too.
There is honestly too many things that break. Maintenance does their hardest to maintain it all. They do an awesome job. Managers here come and go so fast makes your head spin. They always try to enforce rules that haven't been enforced in years. More than half the residents have been here for years if not decades. The last 4 years the management have let just about anyone move in. It's sad. These apartments were good to live in, now as long as you don't stay too long you'll be good. These apartments are so old please remember that.

The community over all is okay.... the apartments don't care on any complaints nor concerns you will bring to their attention. The roaches are still a big issue & so so bad. They completely took over my whole pantry so all my food is on the small amount of counter space I do have . Just not a good experience

Driveway is getting bad and a lot of cracks on the pavement that makes our car vulnerable to damaged the tire. The exit gate supposed to be close all the time but the office seems not paying attention and it will cause a car accident because some of the tenants trying to enter at the exit gate.

Property could be better maintained. Lots of random trash on property. I am still waiting on my windows to be replaced since Hurricane Beryl. Rules not enforced by management.

Been here two years and everything has been satisfactory. New managers got rid of the lazy ones and shows care and concern. Property can be better maintained (sewer back up) but over all no complaints. Fixes things in timely manner. The maintenance dude with the braids really the mvp!!

Not a fan of having to pay for things I don’t use and don’t like that I need renters insurance to live here that should be a choice and don’t like how there’s already many problems in the house before I even got to se anything.

The resident in the apartment’s they’re kind and nice, they keep the area nice and clean, only Problem is when you walk out from your apartment it smells really bad after neighbors walk their dogs

I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you know what you’re getting yourself into, the staff is so unapologetically ignorant to the steps it takes to move out. They’re rude and feel like we’re wasting THEIR time all the while telling you that the documents that they given you to sign are wrong. Another thing is that the water and gates are constantly getting shut off, our plumbing was always an issues, the a/c doesn’t reach the bedrooms and when you report it they take forever to get it “fixed” only for us to call the handyman for what would be the 3rd-4th time in a row . Their negligence reflects on their rotating staff with them seeming more of a seasonal addition to this poorly ran establishment. Don’t come here unless you want a headache I’d put zero stars if I could

Esta propiedad se inunda y siempre hay drenajes súper sucios y nunca vienen a arreglar, hay montones de basura x donde quiera, y a nosotros los residentes nos cobran demasiado x tener pura cochinada, hay demasiadas cucarachas afuera , lo único bueno es la manager x q es muy amable lo escucha a uno pero nunca cumple con lo q uno le pide, las asistentes tienen una actitud creída sobre todo la mujer mayor se cree la dueña de los apartamentos

The grounds is absolutely disgusting. Raw wasting right next to my apartment for months! They also don’t fix things like you should. You have to take the legal route to get anything done.

Break ins and robberies with no notifications or warnings from management. Loud music playing outside of apartments from 7 AM To 8 PM. Leaving us prisoners in our own bedrooms to get away from the noise.

So far my car has been broken into and almost stolen. I have been held up at gunpoint and gun shots being fired close by my apartment. Difficult to communicate with management. Everything is to be done through an app except when management says otherwise. I would only recommend it if you have no other choice.

it is a nice place to live stores are close by and even the schools. And you have the mall at a distance. The staff members at the office are very nice. Understandable when having a situation.

Wonderful staff manager, asst manager and leasing agent are all helpful and polite maintenance staff is friendly as well. I like living here there are some issues with tenants but management handles them promptly.

Currently things have gone down here the grounds are not as clean as they used to be, response time for repairs and questions to the office are long. No one answers the office phone always have to leave a message.

3 Corners has been very nice! Apartment is modern and well maintained. Pool and play areas are kept in great shape. Rent is reasonable, staff is helpful and professional

Stay way from 3 Corners West, they’ll tell you they have a laundry room but won’t tell you the machines don’t work. Same with the gym!
