I'm seeking to sublet my one bedroom, one bathroom unit in the Glenn Complex at 3 Glenn Street, Morgantown. You can lease it for $675 per month plus electric if you lease via me. If you lease from the corporation, their prices have risen to $700 per month plus electric. Three minutes away is the Mountainline bus stop. Beechurst PRT Station is also a 10-minute walk away.
