The apartment complex has two pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, two small ponds, and lots of yard space for outdoor activities. The complex is very quiet, no undergraduates are allowed. The apartment complex is located 5 minutes from MU and Stephens College, right across the street from Hyvee, Walmart, and Staples, and next to Hwy 63, which makes it very convenient for getting to south Columbia (five minutes to Grindstone Pkwy). The lease is through August 2016. The room is available for move-in immediately.
