Driveway parking for one car with plenty of additional street parking available. Looking for reliable, clean, and respectful renter/s for at least a one-year lease period. Preferably no pets but willing to discuss potential well-behaved pets for a fee. Rent includes yard maintenance. First and last month rent due upon signing lease.
