Property Ratings at 300 Alexander Apartments
I looked online and thought that this apartment looked nice. I first called and left a message because they did not pick up. This did not bother me as a lot of apartments do this so I emailed them with a request to tour the building with a specific time. I waited a half an hour and they did not show up and have heard nothing from them. I sent another email and called them. They did not pick up their phone, return the call, or email me back. I do not understand how a professional company would be this rude, but I would not recommend renting from them.

The management is supreme. I am a loft/apartment "shopper" for many landlords in the city of Rochester. The rental agent is kind, courteous, accommodating, helpful and very knowledgeable. I would rent from Mark IV.
