Bedroom includes nearly-new full bed, large dresser, good-sized closet, new 42" smart TV (still in box), plus tasteful artwork. [Current roommate is in process of moving out or would be more bedroom pics.] Spacious bathroom has tub/shower combo and nice artwork. Full use of condo, which includes Wi-Fi and extensive cable. Your own underground parking. Next to Blue line and bus stops, close to 405 and 710. In vibrant East Village Arts District, just blocks from Pine St, the Pike, Arts Center, beach, and multitude of shops and restaurants. NO drugs/pot, heavy drinking/partying. (Complex is mainly professionals 35+) Occasional drinking, entertaining and guests okay. Periodic overnight stays by significant others are no problem (frequent 'hook-ups' are not okay). Complex has gym, sports lounge, patio with BBQs and fireplace, and lobby with free coffee bar and Wi-Fi. Must love dogs as I have two little divas who will want to be your best friends.
