The building offers amenities such as a gym, yoga studio, private cabana lounges, and a rooftop infinity pool. For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required to maintain the high standards of the property. Additional services include a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. Located in the trendy Entertainment District, the apartment is a short walking distance to all major downtown attractions, Toronto’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries. Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, Metro Toronto Convention Center, CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, Eaton Center, King Street, St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and Queen’s Quay Waterfront. The pool and gym are available from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, with the gym closed for cleaning from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM daily. The washing machine is currently out of order. Any perishable items left unclaimed at the concierge will be discarded after 60 minutes to prevent odors and pest issues. We are not responsible for unreceived parcel deliveries or shipping orders, and guests are encouraged to avoid placing online orders during their stay. The unit is equipped with noise sensors to monitor noise levels for the comfort of all guests. The temperature is centralized within the building, set to heating from November to March and cooling around April. High cleaning standards are maintained with additional Covid-19 specific guidelines.
