The pool and gym are available from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, with the gym closed for cleaning between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM daily. ID verification may be required after booking. The washer is currently unavailable, and the dishwasher is out of service. Perishable items left unclaimed at the concierge will be discarded after 60 minutes. The unit is equipped with noise sensors to monitor noise levels for guest comfort. The temperature is centralized within the building, set to heating from November to March and cooling around April.
