Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Eaton Center, King Street, the St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and the Queen’s Quay Waterfront. Guests can buzz the concierge and collect their key by presenting a valid ID. The pool and gym are available to use during your stay, open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. The gym is closed between 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM daily for cleaning. The washer is currently unavailable for use, and the dishwasher is out of service. The unit is equipped with noise sensors to ensure noise levels are monitored for the comfort of all guests. The temperature is centralized within the building, set to heating from November to March and changed to cooling around April. Any perishable items left unclaimed at the concierge will be discarded by the security team after 60 minutes to prevent odors and avoid pest issues. The property is not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders, and guests are encouraged to avoid placing online orders during their stay.
