About This Home
Greetings! This property is a house within the Grand Rapids Alliance of Cooperative Communities, a housing co--op organization centered around intentional community and participatory operation by members, the people who live in the houses. We have a bedroom available in a shared apartment at this house, which we call Sparrow, at 300 Madison SE. A lovely Tudor style property, this building comprises four apartments with shared common areas including laundry room, front porch, yard and garage. The residents of all the apartments share the common areas yet have the privacy of their own apartments and bedrooms within them. As we are a housing cooperative, to enjoy our housing you must first submit an application to the co-op, and if approved you are eligible to tour the property and pursue membership and residency. Please contact staff(@)gracc(.)org with any questions.
