Property Ratings at 300 Main Apartments
Nice place to live but if you ever have maintenance issues such as a broken hot water heater it is impossible to get in touch with management. We've had cold water for 2 weeks and still have not heard back after submitting two maintenance requests and calling and leaving multiple messages. If management was at least responsive I would give a positive review.
