Private West-facing patio at ground level, and private East-facing deck off the second bedroom. Heated with an electric furnace. Laundry closet with washer and dryer provided (as-is). 1 parking spot in a private carport and the guest parking area is close by for a second vehicle or visitors. Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent but tenants pay electricity. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee, and $1,700 refundable security deposit are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
