Property Ratings at 3000 @ Med Center
They have allowed my unit to smell like sewage for a month. Without fixing moldy walls and carpet. A units toilet was leaking, and even with me using a wet vac every day for three weeks and contacting them vigilantly they still have yet to fix the issue. Saying "nobodies dying" even though my son now has a sever excema reaction at not even 2 years old. Completely heartless responses. And no action to remedy the situation for so long. Edit:still no repairs and it's been another week. Luckily I got some medication for my child's allergies, the smell is now going from the closet to the other rooms. These managers do not care about your health, they won't even take the time to give me an eta on when repairs will happen. Living in mold and sewage for over a month. Don't move here if you care about your health. Issues like these are known to cause cancer and asthma.
Do not move here!! The fact that these apartments have anything above a 2 star rating is crazy. I haven’t been able to unpack nor live in my apartment since signing my lease because of the mold. It took them a month!!! To even fix the issue not only that I don’t even think they fixed it they just nailed the water heater closet shut and trying to hide it and limit my access so that I can’t take anymore pictures. I’ve been nothing but respectful to them and I get attitude because I stay on them about my apartment issues!! Once again an apartment that I haven’t been able to live in since I signed the lease. Ink didn’t even finish drying on the paper. From rude maintenance men to rude front office workers. They don’t care about there residents at all. I have kids!!! You all need to be more mindful of how you treat your residents and actually put more effort into your jobs because what y’all are doing now is a terrible job.
The location is nice, but you have to watch for burglars and your car being broken into! I love my apartment, but it’s not worth the money I pay! I’m definitely moving..this is ridiculous to deal with this and try to be safe at the same time .

Hi! Your excellent review and 5-star feedback made our day to read! We're so glad you have loved the last 5 years with us, and we look forward to more.
Management just announced today that the pool will close at 6pm on weekdays, 5pm on weekends because they can't handle the security. Use to be open until 9pm. My kids wait in anticipation to swim in the summer, I'm not happy at all. BTW, the ad on this website says there's a sauna and clubhouse. There is not.
They are very good on maintenance and the location is very good also for shopping. The only reason I'm moving is because of the cost of rent that continues to rise. Otherwise, I'd stay there forever.
Nestled in a neighborhood between Buffalo Speedway and South Main there is a quaint/quiet not so small apartment complex. It is literally located 3 blocks from NRG Stadium and so close to the medical center you would be there in 5 minutes (without traffic). The convenience of the medical center being just right there is what we needed especially since one of my children is a special needs child. My children and myself have lived in the complex going on 3years now. We have a 2bdrm/2bth, nice sized kitchen which gets used constantly especially since I am studying to be a Chef. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size for a family of four. The office staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and there when you need them. The pool is a sparkling blue and the neighbors are very friendly. We are also conveniently located off of 610 West so there is an abundance of restaurants, Theaters, The Houston Zoo, Hermann Park, and night life around us. Come in for a visit!
