The bathrooms have a special touch of modern, and the master bedroom has a large his and her's closet Refrigerator, washer and dryer are not provided. The tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Small dog and cats under 20lbs. are allowed. There is a non refundable deposit of $250 and $35 monthly fee per pet. Non smoking is a must. There is a non refundable application fee and is required for each adult applying. Income needs to be 2.5x the rent. We would prefer a credit score between 550 and 650, but if there is reason for a lower score, we will work with you. We, as the owners will take the time to make sure our tenants are well taken care of. To set up time for viewing, please call the number provided. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. If tenant causes damages besides what owner thinks is normal wear and tear, it is tenants responsibility to pay for damages they cause.
