This place is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Dog poop and urine left in the hallways over night and bugs. Additionally the dishwasher doesn’t work and the laundry units suck.

We are a pet friendly community and our team is working to ensure all common areas are kept clean and address any pet issues with owners. I recently moved out after have lived there a year. I could not have gotten out of there any faster. With the understanding that i moved from a house into this apartment i will try to be as factual as possible in order to manage expectations. First, communication is an art form and not all of us are good at it so, when you get a voice message EVERY time you call it suggests no one wants to deal with you. When you have to beg to get a dirty/rusted beyond cleaning washer/dryer replaced, it suggests they dont care about cleanliness or your concerns. When the stove vent is so filthy you dont want to cook on the back ranges and no amount of cleaning can fix it, and they will "note it" in your file" it suggests you are not in the right environment. Also, apparently my move out was a day earlier, and even thought i needed to get the cleaning service in (yes you have to pay to have it cleaned per the lease) - they charged me for the extra day while changing the locks so i could not get in. This group lacks the ability to be warm and welcoming or helpful (except Dani). Emails are terse borderline rude, pretentious and condescending. Maintenance emergencies are defined by a list - so if you need the freight elevator on a Saturday and Sunday -first, you are not notified that the elevator is out of service then maintenance lets you know it is not on the list of "emergencies. If you dont care about feeling welcomed or customer service this is the place for you. Good luck.
Honestly, spend your money at a different complex. I have been woken up countless days at all hours of the night by my neighbors. I have complained to managment about them and nothing has been done. In fact no one has even gotten back to me from management, all emails have been ignored. There are so many nicer complexes in Houston, go live there! Management here does not care about their residents.

Horrible staff very unfriendly! I wanted to take a tour of the apartments and I just felt unwanted and unwelcome! The room look nice but I don’t want to be there if I feel uncomfortable! She didn’t tell me about any other room no information was given to me at all! I just wanted to leave in the end. So unfortunate.

No complaints at all. The office staff is very friendly and attentive. There are many activities for residents and the complex is really well-kept.
It's nice to live in Three Thousand Sage,around a good people and safe area . Renters mark helpful a lot of to fund this place and helped me to find a cheap price also he make it easy for me to locate the pleCe Thank you renters you really are helpful
I have lived here for almost two years now and the apartments are great. The staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are always filled within 1-2 days. The location is great and located within walking distance to the Galleria. Plenty of amenities with that the complex offers including monthly food trucks, happy hours for the building and plenty of others. The trash gets piled up be the trash bin on Mondays but that's just because most of the tenants are either lazy or oblivious. Definitely recommend the apartments as a safe environment and great place to live.
