Fantastic Curtis Park location across the street from Hop Gardens Taproom, Nakd Coffee & Moonshine & Co. and just around the corner from Gunther’s Ice Cream and Pangea Bier Cafe. The resident will pay gas and electricity. Owner pays water, sewer, and waste collection. Pets OK with additional $250 deposit plus $50 additional monthly rent per pet. We try to pick great residents. You must have good credit (FICO score of 650 or better), clean rental history and evidence of monthly income at least three times the rent.
