About This Property

This awesome space is a 3 bedrooms + 1 large bathroom. It was recently remodeled with new modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops throughout, LVT grey modern flooring, brand new central air w/ exposed ductwork, etc. There is a brand-new washer and dryer included as well. There is also a gym setup that you're welcome to use! Feel free to cancel your gym membership and save some money. Technically the house is located in Wheat Ridge, at 30th and Sheridan but it's very close to hot spots including West Highlands, Sloan's Lake, Edgewater, etc., and is only 10 mins from Downtown Denver. Easy access to I25 and I70 for anyone commuting to work or making frequent trips to the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and a gorgeous area to walk, run, bike, etc. There are multiple parks close by. Rent is $2,650 + utilities. You also must be able to pass a credit and background check and be willing to sign a one-year lease. The homeowner pays for trash and water. Shared internet is available for $50 a month (which will be added to rent). Pet rent is $40 and pets are welcome on a case-by-case scenario since there are other pets that live next door. Safety first ;) Once we connect I will send you the background and credit check which will be run by a third-party company. Lastly, there are some shared aspects, including parking, backyard, and garage space/gym, so ideally, I would like to have someone move in who is a good fit.
