Renting a car or using rideshare services like Uber and Lyft makes it easy to explore the area. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. The home includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
