This is a quiet, well-kept condo in the heart of Germantown. There is an option to be partially furnished including dining room, chairs, daybed, and outdoor seating for no additional cost. The unit comes with two unassigned parking spots in an uncovered lot which costs $25 per car per year. There is an outdoor space with grills, an outdoor fireplace and a large entertaining space. It is pet friendly. The washer/dryer combo is less than a year old and the HVAC is also fairly new. Since most of the pictures have been taken, I have re-painted the condo, added doors to the spare bedroom (the doors that are pictured at the primary bedroom are now at the secondary bedroom) and added solid-wood double doors to the primary bedroom. This unit was my home before I began renting it and have since been renting it to family and friends. Because this was my home, I care about this place. I want to make sure that I maintain it well and I will take maintenance requests seriously.
