Enjoy the fresh Northwest Arkansas air on one of the three outdoor patios, with the lowest level featuring a screened-in porch and seating area, the main level offering a wooden deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining space, and the third level providing a private deck off the master bedroom. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
