This townhome features 3 spacious themed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the private pool hot tub, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious outdoor areas. Located in Encantada Resort, you have free access to the community amenity center and clubhouse, including a fitness center. The upstairs includes a private king-master with a shower en-suite, Figment's room with two twin beds, and the Peter Pan bedroom with a queen bed. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking area in front of the property. Spaces are not assigned and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Disney World is just 5 miles away, Universal is 15 miles away, and Sea World is 15 miles away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations, and in the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. For safety and privacy, there is a Ring camera by the front door and a camera on the back in the screened area, installed for security purposes.
