The living room includes a sofa bed, chair with coffee table, and a 55” 4K HDR Smart TV with Netflix. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with a luxury foam mattress and a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom features two queen-size beds and a work desk with an office chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. Free access to the gym and pool is included. Pets are allowed based on size, with an additional cleaning fee per pet: $25 per night for 1-4 nights, $200 total for 5-29 nights, and $300 total for 30+ nights. All guests must sign a rental agreement agreeing to follow rental terms and conditions, provide a valid ID before check-in, undergo a background check if required, and complete our verification portal for check-in instructions. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed. Surveillance cameras are used in hallways and a Minut device in the unit to monitor noise. The second bedroom includes a work desk and office chair, making it ideal for remote work.
