But if you want to go adventuring, you will also have Traveler access to the Marsh Winds pool, transient boat docking in the marina, access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Beach Club in Oak Island. Not to mention the many award-winning restaurants on the water in Southport, 5 minutes away! Two Bedroom Suites share a kitchen and living/dining area. A living room balcony is perfect for watching the birds and sunsets. Our condo features comfortable beds with full privacy between sleeping areas, Smart TVs, and tasteful furnishings. Golf Course, Walking Trails, Playgrounds, Marina. The Marsh Winds pool will typically be open for use from May 1st to the second week of October. Marsh Girl is a third-floor condo, with a screened-in porch, sun shade, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. A washer and Dryer is also in the unit.
