We are moving into a house, but we loved living here. The area is great; not only is it wonderful in its own right, with York and Colorado Blvd. just steps or a few min drive away with all the food trucks; Target, Sprouts, Rite Aid, the Rec Center, and Urban Pet all within walking distance; and AMAZING tacos, pupusas, and a fruit stand all just a five minute walk away - it's also incredibly convenient to downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, Glendale, Silverlake, Hollywood.. anywhere you want to go! One parking space included in the gated lot, but parking nearby is never that hard to find. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (i.e., you would have to exit the unit and go outside our gate in order to smoke). We will consider a small pet on a case by case basis. Preference given to people who like wildlife, plants, native plants, gardening, etc.
